The radiation oncology program at City of Hope | Upland has earned APEx accreditation, the highest level of certification offered by the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO).
We are dedicated to creating a positive and healing environment in our expanded location, which features a light and bright infusion room painted in soothing natural colors. Our treatment room features large and comfortable heated chairs, heated blankets, a nutrition center with free beverages and snacks, complimentary iPads with headphones and free guest Wi-Fi, all contributing to making our patients' time here for treatment as easy and stress-free as possible.

Is My Insurance Accepted?
View a list of insurance companies with which City of Hope currently contracts for the Upland location. Even if your plan is included, check with your insurance company to make sure you are covered. Your insurance company/medical group will tell you if you need any authorizations.
If you wish to receive treatment at a City of Hope location or with a City of Hope physician but we are not currently contracted with your insurance plan, contact your insurance company and ask about obtaining authorization to receive treatment here. Every medical situation - and every insurance plan - is different, and there is no guarantee that coverage can be secured. But it is reasonable to make this request, and to ask your insurance company to review the matter with City of Hope directly.
No Surprise Billing
